RULES & DETAILS

- 4 + gk vs 4 + gk (5v5)
- Sub on dead balls.
- Kick ins for restarts.
- Free kicks are taken from where the infraction occurred.
- Pk when foul occurs inside the GK area. 
 GK RULES
- GK may not receive the ball back after distribution. 
- GK may only receive the ball back after distribution if the opposing team has made contact with the ball, the ball has crossed mid court, or the ball has been out of play. Failure to do so will result as an indirect kick for the opposition where the infraction occurred. 

- GK may throw ball over the mid line, but not into the arc of the opposing GK. 
- Goal kicks start in the GK hands. 
- GK has 5 seconds to distribute the ball. 
DETAILS
- Futsal certified referees. 
- 40 min games. 2/20min. 
- 7 players min. 10 players max. 
- Each team will play 7 games of regular season. (given we have 8 teams) 
- Each team will play a double header at one of the given dates. 
- There is a warm up area teams can use before their games. 
- Match ball will be provided. 
- Pennies will be available in case teams wear the same color.

Penalties
- No refunds after 11/10
- Notice of 7 days in advance to forfeit a match. Schedule conflicts must be addressed at registration, or a minimum of 7 days in advance.
- Failure to show and notify league will result in a $50 penalty, rescheduled, but loss of 3 points for that match. 
- Failure to show and notify league a second time will result in a $100 penalty, plus disqualification of team.
- Failure to pay referee will result in a $50 penalty, plus match will result in a loss regardless of final score. 

COST - $400 / team

- Please read all the information carefully. 


IMPORTANT NOTE FOR TEAMS & COACHES
- Apart from the registration fee, each team will be required to pay their referee a $10 fee before their match. $10 per team equaling to a total of $20. Referee will not start the match unless this fee has been taken care off. 
- Referees are crucial when it comes to maintaining a high quality league. We will do our best to consistently have futsal certified referees throughout the duration of the league. 

Details about schedules and game times will be sent to coaches ahead of time.
