TFC PLAYER & PARENT EXPECTATION TFC aims to be a highly competitive organization, whose players earn their playing time through attendance, attitude, commitment, applied knowledge, and desire to improve. As a TFC player you must understand that you play an important role in the success of the club and your team, and must be able to adapt and overcome situations as an individual and as a team. As a TFC player you are expected to be at all events scheduled for your team such as practice, games, tournaments, and others. In order to be successful as a club and as a team we all must be on the same page and willing to learn, including coaches.
TFC players are expected to behave professionally and with respect at all times. We will not tolerate indiscipline such as disrespect , being late, or missing any TFC events without a valid excuse involving academics or an emergency situation.
PARENTS Parents are expected to be committed to the development of the players and understand the important role they play in the success of the players. As much as we love for our families to be involved, we must agree that all the coaching will be done by the TFC staff. We expect our families to act with respect from the sidelines at any event while representing TFC.
